A recent co-option process to fill the vacancy on Crewkerne Town Council saw former CTC Paul Maxwell successfully co-opted onto the Town Council.
Cllr. Maxwell previously served on Crewkerne Town Council following the local elections in 2022 and has a range of local government experience. He chaired the former South Somerset District Council and has also been a councillor on the former Somerset County Council as well as Merriott Parish Council.
